It's not a cellular phone, it's a cordless phone. Take a look at the keypad
and you'll see the difference.

Thanks for the compliment, Michael!
As the creator of that object, I can vouch for the fact that it is a cordless
phone and not a cellular phone (can't afford one of those yet!). I modelled
it just because it was there next to my Amiga. Actually, the name was
"cordless_phone" but it got shortened for the CDRom (for the benefit of the
PC lw'ers the CD uses the least common denominator of CD rom formats which
does not allow long names).
This is a hobby for me, and I am sure if someone were paying for my work
I wouldn't be able to do such a detailed job. It took way too many hours, but
I had fun doing it. While we are on the subject, can anyone tell me if there
is a particular part of the CG market where longer modelling times for greater
detail and realism are desireable? I am just trying to get an idea if the
kind of modelling I've been practicing on is at all practical once I turn this
hobby into a business...
